As a CEEMEA Core Cash Payments Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Treasury, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
- Own P&L (Profit & Loss), including accurate financial planning, analytics, and delivery against revenue and expense targets
- Define and deliver the Core Cash Payment product strategy, achieving market-leading and innovative capabilities while reducing risk and costs
- Act as subject matter expert in core cash payments across CEEMEA countries
- Assume end-to-end understanding and accountability of payment execution
- Implement thought leadership into our strategy, clients, and the market
- Identify, develop, and implement new solutions and product improvements that are globally consistent
- Design, present, and own internal training and client-facing materials
- Anticipate internal and external factors impacting various Legal Entities and implement plans to mitigate risks
Requirements
- Some experience in designing and implementing solutions for clients or improving internal processes
- Creative problem solver capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
- Commercial mindset with thought leadership
- Past experience in Financial Services and payments business
- Proven communication, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint (PitchPro), Word, and Tableau
