Location: Poland (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery engagements to transform business challenges into digital transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with payment companies globally, working directly with executives of fintechs, payment service providers (PSPs), and payment platforms.
- Create consulting assets such as assessments, recommendations, and presentations while building frameworks for the payments industry.
- Guide delivery teams to ensure solutions align with industry best practices.
- Support pre-sales and client pursuits, including RFP/RFI responses and proposal narratives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the payments domain with strong industry expertise and hands-on experience in digital payment solutions and consulting engagements.
- Excellent analytical skills - skilled in process analysis, structured problem-solving, and benchmarking.
- Knowledge of the payments ecosystem (both B2C and B2B) and key industry participants, including Visa, Mastercard, and payment service providers.
- Familiarity with modern payment platforms and architecture, as well as core payments capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (C1) and proficiency with industry tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Miro.
Preferred Experience:
- Collaboration with engineering teams and experience with e-commerce merchants and payment gateway integrations.
- Industry certifications or professional development in payments, fintech, or digital product management would be a plus (e.g., CPP, VPP, MPP).
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in English (C1 level).
