Job Description
Role Purpose:
- Invoice Payment Error Rate: <1% of invoice volumes
- Expenses Booking Error Rate: <1% of invoice volumes
- Invoice Processing TAT: < 5 working days
- Query Response TAT: < 5 working days
Key Accountabilities of the Role:
Payment Processing:
- Process payments/staff expenses within the agreed SLA (5 working days)
- Ensure payments/expenses are processed accurately and correctly to the proper GLs and cost centers with correct GL coding
- Achieve 99% accuracy in payment processing
- Ensure all payments processed are suitably approved and comply with policy
- Clear all exceptions through SAP Arabia
Reconciliation and Control:
- Reconcile GL accounts under the ownership of FCD AP
- Perform reconciliation activities for control purposes
- Monitor and reconcile CWIP and cash advances/liquidations
- Conduct month-end closing activities including posting entries for prepaid & accrued general expenses and reconciling them with GL
- Post all journal vouchers with proper tracking and monitoring of expenses according to business details
Query Resolution:
- Respond to payment-related queries within the agreed TAT
Reporting:
- Prepare miscellaneous on-demand reports and analyses
- Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements:
- Accounting background
- Proficient in Excel
