PAYROLL SPECIALIST – ARABIC SPEAKER

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for a large construction workforce across multiple project sites. Fluency in Arabic and English, along with construction industry payroll experience, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely monthly payroll for site workers and office staff.
• Validate attendance, site timesheets, overtime, unpaid leave, and allowances with timekeepers and project teams.
• Process WPS files, salary adjustments, leave salary, and end-of-service settlements.
• Reconcile payroll with HR records and Finance, resolving discrepancies before payment.
• Prepare project-wise payroll reports and manpower cost allocations.
• Handle employee payroll queries and maintain confidential, audit-ready records.

Requirements

• Proven experience independently managing high-volume payroll within the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of WPS, UAE payroll requirements, overtime calculations, and employee settlements.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with payroll systems or ERP software.
• Ability to coordinate across sites and meet strict payroll deadlines.
