PCAI Solution Architect

The company is seeking a PCAI Solution Architect who is a subject matter expert in the company Private Cloud portfolio, particularly in AI Platforms & Generative AI. This role involves understanding AI use cases, outcomes, and the technology stack (both hardware and software), while differentiating company solutions from hyperscalers and traditional competitors.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid (Expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an office)
Language Requirements: English; applicable local languages as needed

Responsibilities:

• Architect solutions to meet customer business outcomes, representing the company’s capabilities across hardware, software, and services.
• Develop and articulate compelling proposals that align with customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and provide technical expertise in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Responsible for overall solutioning for the company Private Cloud AI that accommodates existing architectures and ensures data privacy, governance, and compliance.

Key Qualifications:

• A technical degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred.
• 4–8 years of technical experience in IT with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed understanding of company solution offerings and the as-a-service (aaS) business model.
