Responsibilities
- Engineering Change Execution: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Engineering Changes (EC) and Process Change Notices (PCN) in the factory.
- Production Data Maintenance: Responsible for data entry, updates, and verification in production systems such as TDC, MES, and SAP. Ensure production data is accurate and traceable to support production processes.
- Label Management: Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels, ensuring compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and factory management standards.
- System & Process Optimization: Identify pain points in manufacturing systems and bottlenecks in production processes. Propose optimization solutions, drive implementation, and verify results to improve production efficiency and system usability.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) Support: Complete engineering preparation for new products to ensure mass production schedules are met.
- Production Abnormality Resolution: Quickly address production abnormalities to ensure smooth operations. Organize root cause analysis, develop, and implement solutions aimed at minimizing production impact and reducing downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
- Proficiency in at least one production management system (e.g., MES, SAP).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
