Pega CDH Architect

We are seeking a Pega CDH Architect with expertise in designing and implementing decisioning solutions using Pega CDH. This role requires a candidate who has over 7 years of experience in Pega, including 3-4 years specifically in Pega CDH, along with a Pega CSSA Certification and experience as a Pega Decisioning Consultant. Ideal candidates should be well-versed in Pega CDH version 8.X or higher, especially utilizing the NBAD framework, and possess hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, and Customer Profiler. Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles is also necessary.

Responsibilities for this role include designing and configuring core decisioning logic with Pega CDH, managing the end-to-end delivery of solutions within Agile frameworks, and understanding Client-Server and Digital applications. The architect will also handle integrations using REST API, Kafka, and FTP, analyze data for actionable insights, and maintain clear communication with various stakeholders. Ensuring that designs meet clients' business objectives is critical.

While not mandatory, experience as a Pega Lead System Architect and knowledge in areas such as Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and familiarity with DevOps practices like CI/CD deployment automation are considered advantageous. Additionally, an awareness of current trends in marketing automation and hyper-personalization will be beneficial.

This is a hybrid, full-time position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
