Responsibilities
- Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments.
- Develop and implement integrations using REST API, Kafka, and FTP.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with clients' business objectives by understanding and integrating their needs into the decisioning logic.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to summarize data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
- Maintain proficiency in Pega CDH components such as ADM, DSM, Value Finder, and Customer Profiler.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Pega and 3-4 years of experience in Pega CDH.
- Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
- Hands-on experience with Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and the NBAD framework.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles.
- A good understanding of and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications, and Business Functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good To Have Skills
- Pega Lead System Architect certification.
- Knowledge in externalization of Cassandra, Kafka, and Elastic Search.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing automation and hyper-personalization.
Work Experience
- 7-10 years of relevant experience.
