Responsibilities
- Manage the complete IT application development lifecycle, from conception through delivery.
- Oversee Pega-based projects, including implementation, enhancement, integration, or platform migration.
- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate technical teams and ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery.
- Implement project delivery governance and manage stakeholder communications and escalations.
- Document project requirements, change requests, and manage project documentation effectively.
- Support testing, deployment, and production support, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT application development and delivery projects.
- Experience with Pega-based projects.
- Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and production support.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the banking and financial services domain.
- Familiarity with Pega Customer Service and workflow automation projects.
- Understanding of Pega architecture and case management.
- Experience managing large, distributed teams across multiple vendors.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of IT experience, focusing on significant project management and delivery leadership.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex enterprise technology projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Work Experience
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
