Pega KYC CLM - Architect

Virtusa is seeking a Pega KYC CLM - Architect with a robust background in the Pega platform, particularly within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience in Pega and be a Certified Pega Product Engineer or CSSA, with a strong understanding of complex code bases and design techniques. Experience with defining business processes on the Pega platform specifically for the financial sector is essential, along with skills in system design, implementation, and integration services of PRPC.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CLM/KYC from the Pega platform perspective.
• Develop and implement client/server applications and digital applications.
• Possess knowledge of APIs and JSON for integration purposes.
• Ensure adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance productivity by sharing expertise and insights.

Technical Skills Required:

• Mandatory experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X.
• Software development experience in Java/JavaScript; familiarity with microservices and big data architecture is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and capability to benchmark technology against industry standards.

Functional Skills:

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Fintech environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design along with the ability to ensure quality across systems.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with senior management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
