Job Description:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Pega development with preferable CSA certification.
• Working knowledge of Activities, Flows (Screen Flow, Tab Flow, Adding decision, sub-flows & integration to Flow), UI rules, Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Action, Flow Action, Data Transform, correspondence, Rule Inspector, properties types, and validation rules.
• Experience with Reports (Report-Definition, List and Summary View) and Dashboard.
• Knowledge of at least one or two Pega OOTB integrations (SOAP, MQ, SQL, File, etc.).
• Understanding of decision and declarative rules.
• Experience on Pega PRPC 6.x/7.x/8.x platform(s) and proficiency in Case Management, Service Management, and Knowledge-base modules in Pega.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Preferable Telecom Domain Knowledge.
• Familiarity with Designer studio, Rule Versioning, Rule Set, Page List, Page Group, Value Group & Value List.
• Unit Test Automation and DevOps Implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and deploying Pega application frameworks.
• Implementing test automation to adopt a DevOps model.
• Implementing Case Management, Knowledgebase, and service modules.
• Integrating Pega with other systems.
• Delivery using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
