Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of PEGA solutions.
- Design scalable, reusable, and high-performance PEGA applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Architects, and technical teams to define solution architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to PEGA developers and architects.
- Define PEGA best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
- Develop and review application components including flows, activities, integrations, UI, decisioning, and case management.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Support deployment planning, release management, and production issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
