Job Description:

• Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and various Pega solution frameworks.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams.
• Offer thought leadership to clients, addressing complex business requirements.
• Develop and showcase advanced knowledge of PRPC architecture and design/implementation features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project manager to size, manage scope, and mitigate risk.
• Ensure business and technical architecture conforms to customer requirements, ensuring Customer Success.
• Participate in developing additional consulting opportunities within the customer base.
• Oversee a team, ensuring code quality and management of merges.
• Work with onshore counterparts and Business Analysts to deliver for a team of 5.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in architecting and designing Pega-based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs.
• Experience in designing enterprise class structures and foundational components.
• Experience in integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
