Pega LSA / Pega Designer

About the Job:
In this full-time position as a Pega LSA / Pega Designer, you will be responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks. You will provide architecture and design guidance to project teams, offering thought-leadership to clients across both business and technical dimensions to resolve complex business requirements. Your role will include developing and demonstrating advanced knowledge of PRPC Architecture and implementation features, working alongside the project manager to size, manage risk, and scope, and ensuring that the architecture aligns with customer technical and functional requirements to achieve customer success and business benefits.

Additionally, you will participate in developing new consulting opportunities within the customer base, oversee a team to ensure code quality, and collaborate with onshore counterparts and Business Analysts to drive team deliverables.

Responsibilities/Expectations from the Role:

• Architect and design Pega-based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs.
• Design enterprise class structure and foundational components.
• Integrate enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
