Synechron is seeking a Pega Product Engineer with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging the Pega platform to provide solutions in the financial sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the bank on the Pega platform, specifically in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC).
- Define and implement business processes using the Pega platform.
- Engage in system design and implementation, including integration services of PRPC.
- Develop activities and user interfaces on the Pega platform as well as implement declarative processing features.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, sharing expertise to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Educational Requirements:
- Degree or postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Technical Skills:
- 8-12 years of experience in Pega, with Pega Certified Product Engineer and Pega Lead Product Engineer experience preferred.
- Mandatory experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X.
- Knowledge of API and JSON to support integration.
- Software development experience in Java/JavaScript; understanding of microservices and Big Data architecture is a plus.
Functional Skills:
- Experience in the banking, financial, and fintech sectors within an enterprise environment.
- Adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence teams and present ideas effectively to senior management.
- Self-motivated and capable of driving projects without supervision.
