Pega Production Support Engineer

Virtusa is seeking a Pega Production Support Engineer with expertise in the CLM KYC framework. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience using debugging tools such as Tracer, CB, and Live UI, and possess comprehensive knowledge of KYC CDD across multiple lines of business.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with CDD, EDD, FATCA, and CRS-related requirements.
• Proficiency in Pega concepts, including DP, DT, decision rules, activities, and all integration-related requirements.
• Familiarity with Kafka-related requirements is considered an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
