Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CLM/KYC on the Pega platform.
- Define business processes using the Pega platform while ensuring adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
- Oversee system design and implementation, particularly focusing on Integration Services of PRPC, developing activities, and user interface solutions.
- Engage in software development and integration, particularly using Java/JavaScript, along with understanding API and JSON.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 8-12 years in Pega; Pega Certification as a Product Engineer or Lead Product Engineer (CSSA Certification is highly desirable).
- Technical Skills: Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X is mandatory; knowledge of client-server applications, digital applications, and business functions. Experience with Microservices and Big Data architecture is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodology.

- Ability to influence multiple teams and enhance productivity through sharing knowledge.
- Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for presenting ideas to senior and executive management.
