PEGA - Sr. Product Engineer

Synechron is seeking a PEGA - Sr. Product Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Pega platform, with a focus on KYC/CLM, especially in financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CLM/KYC on the Pega platform.
• Define business processes using the Pega platform while ensuring adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Oversee system design and implementation, particularly focusing on Integration Services of PRPC, developing activities, and user interface solutions.
• Engage in software development and integration, particularly using Java/JavaScript, along with understanding API and JSON.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience: 8-12 years in Pega; Pega Certification as a Product Engineer or Lead Product Engineer (CSSA Certification is highly desirable).
• Technical Skills: Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X is mandatory; knowledge of client-server applications, digital applications, and business functions. Experience with Microservices and Big Data architecture is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodology.

• Ability to influence multiple teams and enhance productivity through sharing knowledge.
• Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for presenting ideas to senior and executive management.
