About the role
Our client in the Education & EdTech sector is searching for a People Analytics & Talent Development Specialist based in Dubai. In this role, you will utilize workforce data and organizational insights to enhance talent acquisition, learning, and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop HR dashboards and talent metrics.
- Support competency frameworks and learning needs analysis.
- Evaluate engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate HR projects and communicate findings.
Qualifications & skills
- HR analytics and Excel/BI reporting proficiency.
- Understanding of HR processes and confidentiality standards.
- Experience in survey design and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
- Professional level of English and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
