Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People and Culture strategy that aligns with organizational goals and fosters an inclusive, engaging workplace environment
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all departments in compliance with Saudi labor regulations
  • Manage, coach, and develop your People and Culture team, building their capabilities and supporting their professional growth
  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning, organizational structure, and resourcing to meet operational needs
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training programs, and probationary reviews to ensure consistency and quality across the organization
  • Coach and mentor managers on performance management, difficult conversations, and effective workplace relations
  • Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with local labor laws
  • Analyze employee engagement survey results and drive targeted improvement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention
  • Design and implement People and Culture programs including reward and recognition, employee wellbeing, talent management, and leadership development
  • Ensure compliance training is completed, tracked, and documented; maintain accurate personnel records and training databases
  • Prepare regular People and Culture reporting and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting for the People and Culture function

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a People and Culture or Human Resources role
  • Proven experience managing employee relations, performance management, and workplace relations matters
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring direct reports
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decision-making
  • Personal integrity, transparency, and the ability to lead effectively through organizational change
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hospitality, multisite, or matrix organizational environment
  • Background in leading complex employee relations investigations and resolutions
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys and culture transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of international or multicultural workforce management
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and people analytics tools
  • Experience designing and implementing talent management and leadership development programs
  • Certification in Human Resources management or related professional credential
