About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the company's operational policies and processes, while continually seeking improvements. Your key responsibilities will include supporting recruitment, performance management, and staff administration, as well as managing work permits and visas. You will also implement corporate policies related to compensation and benefits, promoting a positive work environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to the company's P&C operational policies and processes, while seeking continual improvement.
  • Assist in sourcing and recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and general administration.
  • Coordinate all matters relating to work permits and visas for staff.
  • Implement corporate policies and procedures regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and manage employee incentive bonus schemes.
  • Assist in communicating key messages to all staff.
  • Promote employee communication activities and channels to facilitate feedback from staff.
  • Maintain positive relationships with staff representatives and address any employee grievances efficiently.
  • Coordinate all aspects of staff accommodation, facilities, and transportation.
  • Undertake related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR administration and employee records management.
  • Familiarity with maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in managing attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee data.
  • Basic understanding of payroll and salary-related HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Knowledge of company HR policies and UAE labor regulations is advantageous.
  • Ability to prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and other employee documentation.
