In this position, you will bring fresh ideas and energy to enhance our People & Culture (P&C) initiatives, focusing on team engagement, wellbeing, internal processes, and organizational culture. As a key point of contact for team members, Team Leads, external consultants, and advisors, you will build and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth P&C operations. Your responsibility will also involve ensuring compliance with UAE and KSA labour laws while staying informed of legislative changes and local requirements.

You will develop and enhance incentive schemes, compensation structures, and performance management initiatives in line with business needs. Additionally, you will drive the development and implementation of P&C guidelines and programs that support our organizational goals and values. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve, simplify, and digitize our P&C processes, you will work towards making them more efficient, streamlined, and scalable.
Part of your role will be to actively shape a positive and engaging workplace culture by introducing initiatives that foster team collaboration and enhance the overall team member experience. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and well-organized HR records, team member information, and performance evaluations in accordance with internal requirements.
You will work closely with Team Leads and team members, providing practical guidance and support on P&C-related topics while contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment. Staying informed about industry trends and emerging HR practices, you will bring new ideas to the table to further develop our People & Culture function. Taking a proactive and solution-oriented approach, you'll ensure that day-to-day challenges are managed effectively, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a People & Culture/HR Manager or HR Generalist in the UAE, ideally in a medium-sized international organization.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labour laws, regulations, and local HR practices.
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels while building strong working relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and support teams across the Middle East and Europe.
- Flexible, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset capable of navigating changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Practical experience in performance management, onboarding, training, and development.
- Experience in talent acquisition would be a plus but is not mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort with HR systems and digital tools.
- Previous experience liaising with MOHRE and relevant government authorities in the UAE.
- Keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Positive, approachable personality with professionalism, trustworthiness, and strong team spirit.
