The People Metrics & Systems Analyst will play a key role in advancing People Analytics at Property Finder by delivering actionable insights, designing impactful dashboards, and enhancing reporting capabilities to support workforce planning, talent management, and the broader people strategy. This role will manage and optimize Property Finder’s HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency while providing leadership with insights needed to drive strategic, data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics plan, leveraging HR data to drive actionable insights. Conduct analysis of HR data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
  • People Systems: Take ownership of the configuration and maintenance of all People Systems, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Compliance and Data Security: Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations, maintaining compliance of People Systems and processes.

Desired Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or related data-driven HR roles.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Language Requirements:
Strong command of English is preferred.
