What You'll Do:

People and Culture:

  • Handle and manage employees’ visas, agreements, labor cards, and insurance.
  • Collaborate with global People & Culture teams for talent acquisition activities and other aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and address grievances while maintaining harmony between staff and management.
  • Assess skill gaps and organize onboarding or leadership growth programs.
  • Provide support and guidance for the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist employees with visa arrangements at embassies.
  • Ensure compliance in all People and Culture practices and policies.
  • Stay updated with UAE and KSA labor law.
  • Maintain a database of all passports and residence visas, ensuring all documents are scanned and updated when details change.
  • Liaise with immigration and labor authorities.
  • Submit detailed reports related to visa expenses to management.
  • Ensure policies are implemented internally.
  • Coordinate with other departments for employees’ requirements.

Office Management:

  • Renew and update all company-related licenses and agreements before their expiry date.
  • Notify on documentation required for trade license renewals and government surveys.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation for the company.
  • Facilitate business setup approvals and ensure compliance with government mandates and licensing.
  • Submit and process all types of applications and paperwork to local government bodies in the UAE.
  • Purchase office supplies as needed.
  • Arrange meetings and ensure offices are well maintained and secure.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding company requirements.
  • Manage directorship responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Experience in Office Management/People & Culture (Human Resources) in the UAE and KSA.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and other HR-related matters in the UAE and KSA.
  • Excellent knowledge of local government legislation and platforms in the UAE and KSA.
  • Willingness to work from the office at least three times per week.
