Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Develop and manage institutional KPI frameworks
- Monitor service performance across departments
- Support strategic and operational reviews
- Ensure alignment of KPIs with institutional objectives
Analytics & Reporting
- Design and manage executive dashboards using Power BI
- Integrate data from ERP, HR, Finance, and service systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports
Data Governance
- Establish data standards and validation processes
- Monitor data quality and compliance
- Coordinate with data owners
- Maintain reporting documentation
Insights & Decision Support
- Analyze trends, risks, and performance gaps
- Provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support scenario analysis and forecasting
- Translate data into strategic recommendations
Team Management
- Supervise analysts and visualization staff
- Build analytics capability within the center of excellence (CoCE)
- Ensure timely delivery of reports
Authority
- Access institutional performance data
- Approve dashboard standards
- Recommend KPI improvements
- Escalate data quality issues
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8 - 10 years of experience in performance management or analytics
- Advanced Power BI and data modeling skills
- Experience in institutional or enterprise reporting preferred
- Knowledge of ISO and performance frameworks is an advantage
