The Performance & Incentives (P&I) Global Projects team at the company drives the company’s international compensation and incentive agenda (excluding Mainland China). The team leads key initiatives such as Global Fair Compensation (pay equity, reporting, and transparency), Pay Compliance, Pay Policies, and Global Communication & Alignment across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Balancing strategy and execution, the team develops future-ready, system-driven compensation strategies that align with business goals and ensure global compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to performance and incentives primarily concerning compensation compliance.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring effective communication to stakeholders.
    • Manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
    • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders.
  2. Strategic Alignment:

    • Align projects with the company's long-term business objectives.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate projects into the broader business strategy.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in performance and incentives.
  3. Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including HR, finance, and business units.
    • Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and manage expectations.
  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the P&I Global Projects team for knowledge sharing.
    • Support team members and contribute to overall team success.
  5. Legislative Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance of P&I policies, such as pay gap reporting, with relevant legislation.
    • Stay updated on legislative changes and adjust policies accordingly.
  6. Communication and Reporting:

    • Prepare concise project reports and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
    • Present project updates and recommendations to management.
  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify areas for improvement in project processes and implement changes.
    • Capture lessons learned from projects and share them with the team.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience in Regulatory Compensation, particularly Pay Gap reporting in countries such as the UK, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Brazil, and Japan with direct work with works councils.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ethics and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Experience with large datasets and proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced knowledge of Excel.

Preferred:

  • At least 3 years of experience in core Compensation & Benefits or related project management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
