Performance Management Analyst - Saudi National

Parsons is looking for a talented Performance Management Analyst to join our team in the Jazan Region, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support the Performance Management Section in monitoring and analyzing performance data. You will assist in aligning departmental activities with the Royal Commission's priorities and strategic goals through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking progress of performance indicators.
• Support the preparation of performance reports and dashboards for internal use.
• Conduct basic data collection and analysis related to business plans and KPIs.
• Participate in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other teams to gather inputs required for reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of KPIs through analysis and feedback mechanisms.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant internship or project experience in performance analysis, data analysis, or strategic planning.

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
• Basic understanding of KPIs and strategic planning concepts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
