About the Job
As a Performance Management Associate at HungerStation, you will work within a large team dedicated to delivering crucial insights to the company's senior management to shape strategic directions. Your primary responsibilities will include providing performance management reporting and insights while actively monitoring and challenging the business’s operational and financial performance. You will identify areas for improvement and support the formulation of actionable recommendations for key decision-makers, including Performance Management and International Markets leadership, as well as C-level executives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering ad hoc reports and addressing critical topics for senior management.
  • Setting performance targets for local teams within the organization.
  • Facilitating key meeting schedules to evaluate performance through weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Ensuring the continuity of daily operations related to your role.
  • Preparing timely and accurate reports to meet objectives and standards.
  • Addressing the needs of internal and external customers promptly and courteously.
  • Promoting adherence to operational policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement regarding processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a tech company, management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance/transaction advisory, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a strategic management role.
  • Strong internal motivation, energy, and the ability to independently tackle complex problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.
  • Comfortable working with numerical data, creating intricate financial and business scenarios, and utilizing both intuition and data to make informed decisions.
  • Preferred experience with SQL & Tableau.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
