In this role, you will be the region's expert in performance media, driving impactful campaigns across all Professional Products Division brands in the GCC. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Management: Conduct daily health checks across all platforms, ensuring smooth operations, budget control, and optimal audience targeting.
  • Media Planning: Collaborate with brand teams to develop media plans, provide guidance on budget allocation, channel mix, and optimize performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, identify key learnings, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Influence and Leadership: Challenge the status quo, push back on budget requests, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape by exploring new platforms, technologies, and strategies.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a performance marketing role with measurable results.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, adept at driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborative Leader: Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Retail Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing retail media campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and reporting dashboards.
  • Continuous Learning: Passionate about staying ahead in digital marketing trends.
