The company is seeking a Performance & Reward Partner to embed performance management policy and support pay and benefits outcomes across the UAE. This role helps ensure that reward and recognition approaches remain competitive and easy to understand while staying aligned to local rules and the company's values. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders and HR colleagues in a matrix environment to provide robust inputs to annual and off-cycle pay decisions, including FP ranges and market data. Additionally, you will oversee the reporting and communication of reward metrics for senior internal audiences, and, where relevant, for external consultancies and regulators. Your success will be measured by reliable pay review execution, clear governance, and defensible decisions that meet policy and regulatory expectations, ultimately strengthening the company's ability to attract, retain, and motivate colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Embed performance management policy across the UAE in line with global standards and local requirements.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders and HR Generalists to align reward approaches with business aims and the company's values.
  • Review existing reward programmes and support the design of new programmes to ensure they remain effective, compliant, and competitive.
  • Oversee reward reporting and communications, including reward metrics for senior stakeholders, consultancies, and regulators.
  • Manage the annual pay review cycle, including budgets, eligibility checks, system readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to local rules.
  • Provide robust inputs to pay review decisions on both annual and off-cycle reviews, including FP ranges and market data.
  • Oversee the benefits proposition, ensuring competitive and cost-effective policies, day-to-day operations, and solution design aligned to Group policy.
  • Shape employee wellness and recognition propositions while supporting the implementation of related policies, strategies, and activities.
  • Interpret regulatory changes and collaborate with regulators on performance and reward requirements for the jurisdiction.

What We're Looking For

  • A full-time graduation degree of at least three years is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. For degrees obtained outside the UAE, valid attestations and equivalency are also mandatory.
  • Proven experience embedding performance management and reward policies in a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, and market salary methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate local regulatory requirements and translate changes into practical actions and stakeholder guidance.
  • Experience in the management of pay review cycles end-to-end, including budgets, governance, and decision quality.
  • Experience managing benefits plans and applying sound judgment to balance competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • The ability to produce and communicate reward metrics for senior stakeholders, and where relevant, external consultancies and regulators.
  • Strong data and analytical capability to enforce recommendations and strengthen decision-making.
  • Operate effectively in a matrix structure through strong partnering and interpersonal skills.

Strengthening Reward and Recognition

This role is pivotal in how the company UAE supports colleagues to perform at their best through clear performance management and well-governed reward outcomes. You will assist businesses in making decisions that are valid, defensible, and aligned with the company's aims, values, and local regulatory rules. If you are interested in working across pay, benefits, wellness, and recognition with close partnerships across HR and senior stakeholders, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact.

The company supports employees in adopting flexible and alternative ways of working when possible, including working from home and different hours, subject to approvals. The organization is committed to fostering a workplace culture where all employees are valued and respected, and where opinions count. The company takes pride in providing a workplace that promotes continuous professional development, flexible working, and growth opportunities within an inclusive and diverse environment.
