The Performance Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the overall business performance of the company by providing management with the insights, analysis, and recommendations required to make better strategic and operational decisions. The role will work closely with senior management and functions including Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI to monitor performance, identify opportunities, challenge plans, and translate insights into actions.

Key Accountability Areas
- Own the company performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer, and operational metrics.
- Monitor performance, identify key drivers and gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, executive updates, and performance deep dives.
- Support senior management with ad hoc analysis on critical business topics.
- Lead business forecasting and support annual and strategic planning.
- Drive OKR setting, tracking, and performance management.
- Support P&L management and identify key revenue, cost, investment, and profitability drivers.
- Build and challenge business cases and investment plans, including store expansion.
- Lead deep dives across store, customer, commercial, operational, and logistics performance.
- Analyze customer acquisition, frequency, retention, churn, and lifetime value.
- Evaluate campaign, promotion, pricing, and investment performance.
- Build analytical frameworks and models to improve business decision-making.
- Support optimization of pricing and commercial mechanics, including fees, minimum order values, margins, and promotions.
- Evaluate customer investment and trial strategies based on incremental impact and ROI.
- Monitor competitive activity and translate market developments into business actions.
- Support medium- and long-term strategy across store expansion, assortment growth, and new business opportunities.
- Develop frameworks for pricing, assortment, customer lifetime value, and budget optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve demand planning, availability, and business performance through analytics and automation.
- Act as a key business partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI.
- Translate business priorities into clear analytical, product, and operational requirements.
- Drive alignment across local and the company stakeholders and ensure initiatives progress against plan.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in performance management, strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics, e-commerce, or technology.
- Strong experience in business performance management, strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
- Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces, retail, or technology is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or another relevant field.

- Strong SQL skills is a strong plus; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker are highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
