About the Job
The primary goal of the Business Performance Specialist at HungerStation is to drive long-term initiatives and projects while monitoring and reporting business performance to stakeholders. This role focuses on the creation, management, and tracking of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure sustained business growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Cloud Kitchens, the Performance Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping, managing, and reporting on strategic projects that enhance growth, profitability, customer experience, and efficiency.

This position involves significant collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams, utilizing data-driven decision-making to streamline operations, improve profitability, and elevate both customer and partner experiences.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Strategic Project Management: Develop project scope, timelines, and objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals and involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility and collaboration.
  • OKRs and KPIs Creation: Establish, manage, and track OKRs and KPIs to monitor the performance of initiatives, products, and overall business health. Identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and engage with cross-functional teams for the successful execution of project deliverables, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Performance Reporting: Build and utilize tools to report on project progress, providing regular updates to local and regional stakeholders on outcomes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Financial Performance Analysis: Work closely with finance teams to analyze and measure the financial performance of Cloud Kitchens, focusing on P&L, budgeting, and business impact analysis.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Financial Acumen: Strong experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and business impact analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing collaboration and communication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from a reputed institution in a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting industries.
