About the Role
We are seeking a Medications Process Specialist to support and optimise Oracle Health/Cerner medication-management applications. The role will act as a functional expert for PharmNet, PowerOrders, PowerPlans, PBM, and Retail PharmNet, supporting safe, efficient, and standardised pharmacy workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and optimise Oracle Health/Cerner PharmNet, PBM, PowerOrders, PowerPlans, and Retail PharmNet applications.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for medication-management workflows, pharmacy informatics, and retail pharmacy operations.
  • Resolve application incidents, analyse issues, and coordinate enhancements with users, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, release management, and implementation activities.
  • Improve medication safety, clinical workflows, and process standardisation across pharmacy services.
  • Lead or support AI and automation initiatives within pharmacy and medication-management processes.
  • Deliver user training, prepare job aids, and support adoption of new functionality.
  • Assist with reporting, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare IT, pharmacy informatics, or clinical application-support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with PharmNet, PBM, Retail PharmNet, or equivalent pharmacy information systems.
  • Strong understanding of medication-management processes, pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, and patient safety.
  • Experience in application support, testing, implementation, and end-user training.
  • Health Informatics, Pharmacy Informatics, ITIL, PMP, or CPHIMS certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
