Key Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots across our branches, events, performances, and promotional activities.
- Capture high-quality images and videos of students, teachers, products, facilities, and events.
- Produce engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Independently manage camera equipment, lighting, audio, and on-location production.
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit engaging, professional videos tailored to different social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Manage colour correction, sound editing, transitions, captions, and basic motion graphics.
- Retouch and enhance photographs to ensure consistent, professional quality.
- Deliver content optimised for mobile viewing and different digital formats.
Creative Content & Marketing
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign content.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually engaging photography and videos.
- Identify emerging social media trends and incorporate relevant creative techniques.
- Maintain consistent visual standards aligned with the brand identity.
Content Management & Delivery
- Manage multiple shoots and editing projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Organise and maintain digital assets, raw footage, and completed content.
- Maintain photography and videography equipment.
- Travel between branches and event locations as required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography, video production, and social media content creation.
- Proven experience producing short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and promotional videos.
- Proficiency in professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong technical knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, composition, and audio equipment.
- Ability to independently manage the complete production process, from creative concept through to final delivery.
- Experience with colour grading, sound editing, captions, and basic motion graphics.
- Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and an understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wider Marketing team.
- Flexibility to attend shoots across our branches and events.
