Physical Security Strategy Manager

The Physical Security Strategic Planning Team is committed to providing comprehensive support to all operation modules under Physical Security to continuously enhance the safety and security of our working environment. We aim to elevate the full-cycle capabilities of risk management, including identification, assessment, prevention, response, review, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Based on industry practice and compliance requirements, design physical security risk assessment systems, diagnose corporate security pain points.
• Build the global data indicator system, effectively track and analyze the changes in business results.
• Continuously track the dynamics and trends of the security industry, analyze the best practices of leading global technology companies in the field of physical security, and provide optimization roadmap for key security modules combining with internal status quo.
• Drive the initiation and implementation of global projects based on formed strategy roadmap.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in information collection and analysis, logical thinking ability, and problem-solving ability; able to define, decompose, and answer complex and ambiguous problems, and express views and output conclusions in a structured manner.
• Fluency in English.
• Project management skills, ability to make agile responses based on new inputs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business management, statistics/business analysis, or other science and management disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic consulting firms or technology companies' business analysis teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, strong spirit of exploring new areas, and cognitive ability.
