Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning across portfolios, developing master schedules, phasing strategies, and resource-loaded models.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, translating complex data into clear KPI dashboards and actionable insights.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation and recovery strategies to protect programme delivery.
  • Establish and embed standardized planning, data, and reporting processes across the organisation.
  • Lead and develop project controls teams, ensuring high standards of accuracy, governance, and capability.
  • Drive alignment across project, commercial, finance, and delivery stakeholders to ensure coordinated outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent; ACA/ACCA qualified, supported by a strong academic foundation.
  • Proven finance and consolidation expertise with advanced Excel capability.
  • Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
  • Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
  • Effective communicator with analytical capability, able to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy.
