Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning across portfolios, developing master schedules, phasing strategies, and resource-loaded models.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, translating complex data into clear KPI dashboards and actionable insights.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation and recovery strategies to protect programme delivery.
- Establish and embed standardized planning, data, and reporting processes across the organisation.
- Lead and develop project controls teams, ensuring high standards of accuracy, governance, and capability.
- Drive alignment across project, commercial, finance, and delivery stakeholders to ensure coordinated outcomes.
- Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent; ACA/ACCA qualified, supported by a strong academic foundation.
- Proven finance and consolidation expertise with advanced Excel capability.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability, able to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy.
