The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Planning Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead the development, integration, and governance of project schedules to drive on-time delivery of a mission-critical data center project, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes in line with program and commissioning requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Establish planning and scheduling standards, WBS/CBS structures, coding, calendars, and procedures aligned with contractual and project governance.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain Level 1–4 schedules and the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring robust logic, interfaces, and milestone integrity.
  • Set and control schedule baselines; perform progress measurement, variance/trend analysis, and critical/near-critical path and what-if scenario analysis.
  • Build and manage resource-loaded schedules; identify bottlenecks, perform leveling, and recommend recovery/acceleration strategies.
  • Lead schedule risk assessments; quantify impacts to milestones and contingency and provide mitigation recommendations.
  • Govern schedule change control; perform time impact analyses and support claims/forensic schedule reviews as required.
  • Produce clear, decision-ready reports and dashboards for project leadership and clients; ensure schedule quality (e.g., DCMA 14‑Point) and data integrity.
  • Facilitate weekly/monthly schedule reviews and look-ahead planning, drive accountability for deliverables across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners/schedulers; coordinate staffing and workload; foster continuous improvement and lessons learned.
  • Interface directly with clients, partners, and subcontractors to align dependencies, resolve issues, and secure timely inputs.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive planning/scheduling experience on large, complex mission-critical projects.
  • Expert proficiency with CPM scheduling and baseline control using Oracle Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Strong capability in progress measurement, variance/trend analysis, critical path/near-critical analysis, and schedule forecasting.
  • Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and coordination across multi-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard project controls/reporting practices; familiarity with EVM concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes.
