Position

We are seeking a talented Planning & Solution Manager in our Mobile eXperience B2B Team to design and develop comprehensive solution offerings that integrate Samsung mobile devices, services, and third-party products to address enterprise mobility and cloud needs across various private and public sectors. This role involves understanding client use-cases, defining hardware/software requirements, and formulating go-to-market strategies to drive the adoption and growth of Samsung’s enterprise solutions based on the opportunities identified in the local markets.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Analyse client use-cases and define the required hardware/software offerings from Samsung, including mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets) and services (e.g., KNOX MDM, ADH, extended warranties).
  • Integration Planning: Develop integrated solutions that combine Samsung products with third-party technologies (e.g., asset-inventory management, data capture/analysis tools).
  • Market Research: Conduct demand research to identify market trends, requirements, and opportunities for Samsung’s enterprise solutions.
  • Market Understanding: Drive market penetration by identifying and addressing specific needs in key sectors such as civil defense, retail, warehousing, aviation, finance, and government.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Formulate strategies for launching and promoting solution offerings, including pricing, positioning, and channel partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., HQ product management, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless execution of solution plans.
  • Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides for proposed solutions.

Requirements

  • 8-11 years of experience in solution integration or strategic planning roles, with a focus on enterprise mobility or cloud solutions.
  • 5+ years in technical sales (or related technical-sales roles) with MDM enterprises (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, etc.) or core enterprise IT companies (Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Google, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of designing and launching successful solution offerings in complex markets.
  • Experience working with both public and private sector clients to address their unique mobility and cloud needs.
