As a Platform Analytics Specialist - MarTech, you will focus on managing and implementing tags for marketing and analytics across Property Finder Group’s websites and apps. Your role involves designing robust data tagging strategies to support product analytics and experimentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent tagging methods across digital platforms, enabling comprehensive channel analytics for web and mobile applications. This position also includes driving the development of implementation guides, standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain all analytics and marketing/vendor tags.
- Document any changes made to tags and monitor their performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of tagging specs/code.
- Support internal teams with additional data collection needs.
- Coordinate with developers to expose necessary data elements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and technical advisor within the organization regarding Tag Management.
- Administer and maintain Tag Management Systems and server-side tagging.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing technology stack.
- Experience with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Adobe DTM, Google Tag Manager, Tealium).
- Skills in JavaScript and front-end/back-end development for managing tags.
- Proficiency in web and app data layer design.
- Experience in Big Data analysis and troubleshooting (SQL and NoSQL experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance (e.g., PII, GDPR).
- Knowledge of Marketing and Product Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Effective skills in converting business requirements into analytics specifications.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent relationship management and time management skills.
