Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Expert Services Managers, each responsible for 4-8 Technical & Business Process Consultants.
- Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.
- Work with clients and company teams to establish delivery operating model governance for successful go-lives, end-user adoption, and ongoing support.
- Contribute thought leadership on how Advisory, Expert Services, and Co-Delivery can optimize customer outcomes.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction metrics for assigned accounts.
- Responsible for employee performance management, including career development and performance reviews.
- Guide clients through prescriptive solution design and manage technical implementation decision points.
Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Leadership experience in professional services at a technology vendor or top-tier consulting company focused on digital transformation enablement.
- Proven track record of success with F50-500 accounts and strong understanding of digital transformation imperatives.
- Experience managing high performing teams and driving KPIs across a portfolio of customer engagements.
- Knowledge of the company, ideally experienced in multiple company product suites.
