About the company
The company is a center of excellence for propulsion technologies, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines for a wide range of aerospace, defence, and autonomous applications, including fixed- and rotary-wing UAVs and other advanced platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aircraft-engine interfaces
  • Define installation and interface requirements
  • Support aircraft integration tests and ground runs
  • Ensure compatibility with aircraft systems (bleed air, electrical, controls)
  • Support aircraft certification and flight test campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience within turbofan propulsion, aircraft, or other complex engineered systems
  • Knowledge of turbofan architecture, systems, and their integration constraints (FADEC, fuel, oil, drive shaft/AGB, engine mounts…) in an aircraft environment
  • Familiarity with ICDs, ICD management tools, and integration test tools
  • Knowledge of certification specifications (CS 25, CS-E, STANAG), FHA approach, V-cycle, and test (aircraft ground tests, flight tests…)
  • Proficiency in CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, DOORS, and MBSE approach
  • Exposure to customers, OEMs, authorities, and complex environments

  • Problem solving, conflict management, agility, and sense of priority
  • Ability to anticipate impacts (life-cycle cost, planning, safety, performance) and arbitrate
  • Skilled at analyzing and structuring complex information into actionable product decisions under pressure with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams
  • High communication skills, synthesis mindset, and team player
