Platform Integration Specialist

Parsons is looking for an experienced Platform Integration Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee the implementation and deployment of smart city solutions. The candidate will work directly with the client and system integrators to ensure that projects are delivered in line with the city’s planned priorities and international best practices. This role will focus on project management, technical oversight, platform integration management, and risk management, ensuring that multiple smart city systems are deployed seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as the client’s advisor on smart city implementation planning, deployment, testing, and execution.
• Oversee system integrators, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with scope, quality, and timelines.
• Develop and monitor project plans, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate integration across identified domains such as mobility, energy, waste, water, ICT, IoT platforms, and command and control.
• Review and validate technical deliverables, designs, and BOQs against client requirements.
• Provide inputs on global benchmarks, standards, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure smooth project handover to O&M teams.

Required Skills:

• Around 15 years of experience in Smart Cities, ICT, or Digital Infrastructure PMC.
• Strong background in PMC or client-side advisory roles.
• Proven experience working with system integrators and technology vendors.
• Knowledge of smart city domains.

Desired Skills:

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
