Position

As Platform Owner – Transaction Banking, you will report to the Domain Owner and lead the strategy, performance, and continuous innovation of the company's Transaction Banking platform. This role is pivotal in driving income, managing experience, and controlling cost through platform delivery, service excellence, and client engagement. You will oversee platform operations, change initiatives, and stakeholder alignment to ensure the platform delivers scalable, secure, and client-centric solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Platform Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and drive the platform roadmap, architecture evolution, and innovation priorities.
  • Own the technology vision and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and business needs.
  • Lead a dedicated IT service unit supporting key corporate clients.

Functional Delivery & Client Engagement

  • Provide domain expertise across liquidity management, trade finance, payments, and collections.
  • Ensure optimal configuration and performance of platforms like Intellect, AurionPro, Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or Finastra.
  • Engage with sales, operations, risk, compliance, and finance to align platform capabilities with client and regulatory needs.

Change Management & Execution

  • Diagnose, plan, and execute platform enhancement programs.
  • Deliver platform initiatives on time and within scope, with quarterly alignment reviews.
  • Maintain real-time tracking of project milestones and proactively resolve delivery risks.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure 99.9% platform uptime and MTTR under 2 hours for critical incidents.
  • Resolve 95% of high-priority tickets within SLA.
  • Conduct weekly quality reviews and reduce defects by 20% year-over-year.

Service & Support

  • Achieve 85%+ customer satisfaction for platform operations.
  • Automate 30% of recurring support tasks annually.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for faster resolution and self-service.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Lead architecture and delivery reviews for all platform projects.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and finance teams for risk and budget management.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • At least 5 years in a platform leadership role
  • Proven success in platform delivery, transformation, and stakeholder engagement
