As a Service Engineer, you will contribute to transforming the everyday by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers by leveraging your understanding of the company's Automation systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Use your experience in the water, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries to provide tailored solutions to unique challenges.
  • Ensure customer service excellence by addressing complex issues and optimizing the company's Automation systems.
  • Collaborate with the service operations team to manage service requests, incidents, and escalations, while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Independently resolve intricate customer issues related to the company's Automation systems and mentor less experienced engineers.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the company's Automation service activities, configurations, installations, and resolutions, and prepare technical reports.
  • Assist in training and mentoring engineers and stay current with the company's products, attending relevant training sessions.
  • Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., electrical, automation, control system, or related discipline).
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience with the company's Automation systems.
  • Profound technical knowledge of the company's Automation systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
