Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Understand the company Automation systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, while providing advanced technical support to customers.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Utilize experience in the water, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries to address unique challenges and requirements.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complex issues and optimizing the company systems.
  • Service Operations Support: Collaborate with the service operations team to handle service requests and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues related to the company Automation systems independently and guide less experienced engineers as needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities and prepare technical reports.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training less experienced engineers and share industry-specific knowledge.
  • Technical Training: Stay current with the company products, attend training sessions, and keep abreast of industry advancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Safety: Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all safety protocols are followed during service activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., electrical, automation, control systems).
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with the company Automation systems is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge in configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the company Automation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site position.
  • 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not explicitly stated.
