Position

HALCON, a leader in advanced defense technology and precision manufacturing, is seeking a skilled PLM Specialist to join our engineering and product development team. This role plays a key part in supporting product lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling seamless collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain PLM data, including BOMs, change requests, workflows, and document control.
  • Support engineering teams in creating, reviewing, and releasing product structures and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between PLM, ERP, and manufacturing systems.
  • Troubleshoot PLM-related issues and provide user support and training when required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, configuration management practices, and quality requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PLM processes and system performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or SAP PLM.
  • Strong understanding of engineering change management, BOM structures, and configuration control.
  • Familiarity with ERP integration and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or high‑precision manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of CAD integrations and multi‑system environments.
  • Understanding of quality and compliance standards.
