The company is seeking a talented Risk & Reporting Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the risk and reporting function across the project. This includes establishing the risk management framework, driving quantitative analysis of schedule and cost exposure, and delivering a reporting suite that provides the Client with a single, trusted source of truth on project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans for construction projects.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project risks and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed risk assessments and reports, including risk registers and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align risk management objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Utilize risk management and reporting software to track and report on project status.
  • Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis (QSRA/QCRA) and produce outputs to inform contingency drawdown and schedule float management.
  • Produce monthly Project Progress Reports, Client dashboards, and Steering Committee packs integrating programme, cost, HSE, quality, and risk data.
  • Define and track project KPIs and Earned Value metrics; investigate variances and escalate trends with recommendations.
  • Build and maintain automated reporting tools to reduce manual reporting cycles.
  • Conduct regular risk reviews and update risk management plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on risk management practices.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 12+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated risk and/or reporting role on major infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of managing risks for large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in risk management and reporting software (e.g., Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Power BI).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written English; ability to present complex data clearly to senior Client stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Certification in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP).
  • Experience with PMCM services.
  • Master’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent written English.
