PMIS Implementation Manager

The company is seeking a highly capable PMIS Implementation Manager to join our team for a PMWeb implementation and roll out job. In this position, you will apply your functional and technical expertise in the implementation of project management information systems namely PMWeb, and other corporate PMIS solutions across major client programs. You will also contribute to the program as an implementation delivery manager for the company in EMEA. At this level, the PMIS Implementation Manager has excellent functional knowledge of PMWeb coupled with sound project management acumen and demonstrated experience of system rollouts using an implementation methodology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and administration of PMWeb to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Lead PMWeb implementation with a process automation approach, owning the PMIS landscape and your delivery team.
• Conduct workshops and produce presentations to ensure PMWeb is fully recognized and accepted by program leadership and the client executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Application, IT or relevant engineering fields from an accredited University/Institute.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience independently implementing PMWeb projects.
• Strong client-facing abilities and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of PMIS.
• Experience implementing PMWeb for a PMO and PMC type situation independently.
• Professional level written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic speaker is an advantage.
