Job Description:
The company is looking for an exceptionally talented PMIS Integration Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will contribute your expertise in the implementation of project management information systems (PMIS) for our large client programs and grow as a valuable member of the implementation delivery team in EMEA. The PMIS Integration Specialist is expected to have sufficient training, technical expertise, and exposure to the project and program environment to work largely independently on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and administer PMIS to meet client and project requirements.
  • Develop integration scenarios between technologies such as PMIS and ERP or other specialist technology platforms using APIs.
  • Adapt to new technologies adopted by the company in various implementation projects.
  • Use programming skills to maintain applications.
  • Conduct information-gathering sessions with clients, analyze information, and prioritize requirements to understand business needs.
  • Perform data extraction from PMIS systems and build data models in Power BI for visualization and analysis.
  • Prepare technical documentation and deliver training programs to client IT teams during the knowledge transfer phase.
  • Coordinate and review solution designs with key stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, IT, or a relevant engineering field from an accredited university/institute.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in IT implementation projects, focusing on integration and programming, particularly with PMIS implementation.
  • Experience implementing or administering market-leading PMIS solutions such as PM Web or Unifier.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Query-Based Reporting with SSRS and a strong understanding of Business Analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI, including writing DAX Queries.
  • Technical expertise with REST APIs.
  • Programming experience in languages such as Java and .NET.
  • Knowledge of project management and construction management environments.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
