Position

The company is seeking a highly capable PMIS Implementation Manager to join our team for a PMWeb implementation and rollout project. In this role, you will apply your functional and technical expertise to implement project management information systems (PMIS), specifically PMWeb, across major client programs in the EMEA region.

As a PMIS Implementation Manager, you will possess excellent knowledge of PMWeb and demonstrate strong project management skills. You will independently lead the implementation phase through to the rollout phase of PMWeb, ensuring it aligns with program objectives and addresses client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation, configuration, and administration of PMWeb to meet client requirements and project goals.
  • Serve as a PMIS Evangelist, conducting workshops, producing presentations, and ensuring PMWeb is fully recognized by program leadership and the client executive team.
  • Lead the PMWeb implementation with a focus on process automation, owning the PMIS landscape.
  • Architect solutions in PMWeb based on requirement analysis and design modules for various functionalities including commercials, risk management, quality, health, safety, and document control.
  • Ensure compliance with client IT policies while working with IT teams on PMIS instance setup.
  • Oversee the delivery of dashboard visuals and reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft SSRS.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant engineering field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience independently implementing PMWeb projects.
  • Strong client-facing abilities to handle development processes and reports in PMWeb.
  • Proficiency in project management skills and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to executing a successful PMWeb implementation.
  • Experience in client management roles on programs.
  • Professional-level written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Business Analytics tools (Power BI) and familiarity with query building languages.
  • Management experience with PMIS technical specialists and integration scenarios.
