The company is seeking a highly qualified PMIS Functional Specialist (PMWeb) to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in the implementation of project management information systems across major client programs and contribute as an integral member of the implementation delivery team at the company in EMEA.

As a PMIS Functional Specialist, you will possess necessary implementation experience with PMIS systems, project management skills, and technology skills, enabling you to operate independently on assigned projects while also leading a PMIS technical specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and administration of PMIS to meet client needs.
  • Lead requirement elicitation workshops and information-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure PMIS systems align with program management plans and highlight any deviations.
  • Guide PMIS Technical specialists in addressing integration scenarios between technologies.
  • Be flexible in learning new technologies adopted for various client projects.
  • Implement and design dashboards/reports in Power BI.
  • Prepare functional documentation and deliver training programs.
  • Manage day-to-day software support operations and project management tasks, including creating weekly progress reports.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, IT, or a relevant engineering field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in IT implementation projects related to PMIS.
  • Experience in implementing/administering industry-leading PMIS solutions, such as PM Web or Unifier, with proficiency in Advanced Query-Based Reporting with SSRS or SQL reporting.
  • Familiarity with Business Analytics tools, including the ability to write DAX Queries and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of project management and construction management environments.
  • Professional level written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Must have experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relations.
